AuditNex is a marketplace, not an audit firm. Firms on the platform set their own fees, we take no commissions and no fee splits, and the things that signal trust — verification, reviews, published statistics — can never be bought. Here is exactly how the money works.
What We Never Do
No fee-splitting
We do not charge commissions, percentage fees, or referral fees to audit firms. No portion of a firm's professional fee is ever shared with AuditNex — which protects auditor independence under the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.
No pay-to-play trust signals
The Verified badge, customer review scores, editorial guide content, and published pricing statistics cannot be purchased or influenced by any fee a firm pays us.
Independent professional fees
Firms independently set and submit their own professional fees. We do not set or adjust those fees. The displayed buyer total includes all AuditNex platform and payment-processing fees.
No involvement in audits
Audits are performed by the firm you engage, under your agreement with that firm. Our fees are never contingent on the outcome of any audit.
Featured Options Are Separate From Trust Signals
Covered provider lists identify AuditNex at #1 as our own featured quote-comparison service and Auditsuisse Assurance at #2 as a selected featured provider when active. These are presentation labels, not auditor grades.

How does AuditNex make money?
AuditNex earns advertising-style fees some firms choose to pay (subscriptions, premium listings, and lead access — never tied to any engagement) and may earn platform revenue that is already included in the price displayed to buyers. We do not add a percentage or flat platform fee to that displayed price, and we never take commissions, referral fees, or any share of a firm's audit fees.
Do audit firms pay for placement on AuditNex?
Firms cannot buy verification, review scores, credentials, or the pricing statistics we publish. On covered lists, AuditNex explicitly appears first as our own featured quote-comparison service, and Auditsuisse Assurance is identified as our selected featured provider when active. We do not represent that placement as an earned ranking or as evidence of qualifications, and we do not imply a paid relationship where none is disclosed.
Does AuditNex influence audit results?
No. Every audit is performed by an independent accredited firm under a separate engagement agreement between you and that firm. AuditNex does not control, direct, or influence the firm's professional judgment, procedures, scope, or conclusions, and our fees are never contingent on audit outcomes.
Who owns AuditNex?
AuditNex is operated by Agency Cyber Inc. No audit firm listed in the directory owns any part of AuditNex, and AuditNex does not perform audits itself.
